FAQs

When can puppies eat adult dog food?

Your puppy can start eating adult dog food from one years’ old, depending on their size. As puppies are still growing, they need all of the protein, fat and carbohydrates to support their growth, and adult dog food doesn’t include as many calories.

Switching puppy to adult food

If you are in the process of switching your puppy’s food to adult dog food, then we recommend that you transition slowly to avoid any tummy upset. You can gradually add more adult dog food to their bowl each day until they are fully feeding on adult dog food.

How often to feed adult dog?

Generally, an adult dog should eat two meals a day – one in the morning and one at dinnertime. Feeding your dog with our natural dog food will help to keep their energy level up throughout the day. However, this depends on your dog’s size, breed and any dietary requirements or advice that’s been given to you by a vet on feeding your dog.
