Burns Pet Nutrition

Veterinary Surgeon John Burns founded Burns Pet Nutrition in 1993 based on his belief that pets should be fed a home-made diet of brown rice, vegetables and chicken, fish or meat sold for human consumption.  He had been recommending to his clients that they manage the health of their pets through diet for many years, but had come to realise that this type of food needed to be convenient and readily available.  The company started by selling two products, which were primarily sold to clients, breeders and other vets in the South Wales area.
